Cathi Long, LMFT-QS, is the founder of 360 Counseling and CBL Consulting in Clearwater, Florida. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Qualified Supervisor, Cathi is known for creating therapeutic and professional spaces that are intentional, grounded, and deeply attuned to the human experience.

Her work is informed by advanced training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and EMDR, allowing her to support relational healing and emotional integration with both clinical precision and warmth. Cathi brings a steady, compassionate presence to moments of vulnerability, helping individuals and couples reconnect with clarity, trust, and meaning.

In addition to her clinical work, Cathi provides business consulting for therapists who are ready to build, grow, or refine a private practice with integrity and sustainability. Drawing on years of experience as a practice owner, she offers mentorship that blends practical strategy with thoughtful leadership.

Cathi has also completed advanced training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, with a focus on psilocybin-informed therapeutic frameworks. This training informs her understanding of transformational healing, preparation, and integration within the therapeutic process.

Logan has assisted in the development and delivery of therapist trainings focused on trauma exposure in First Responder populations and body language for clinicians, helping professionals better recognize the subtle, nonverbal nuances of human behavior.
